What exactly is the free concept?
We look at your current website (or your Google listing, if you don't have a site) and design a homepage concept for your business. You get a private link and a short written review. If you like the concept, we build the full site. If not, you owe nothing, and the review is yours to keep.
Am I locked into a contract?
No contract on pay-once plans: hosting and care are month to month, and you can cancel by email (it takes effect at the end of the billing period). The $0-down plan has a 12-month term, because we cover the cost of the build upfront. Either way, everything is written down in a service agreement before you pay anything.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is always registered in your name, and your own content and photos are always yours.
On a pay-once plan, the website design and the copy we write for you transfer to you once the setup fee is paid in full. On the $0-down plan, they transfer after the 12th monthly payment, or earlier if you pay the early buyout amount set out in your agreement.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with Launch and move up once the site is live. You pay only the difference in setup fees, plus the new monthly fee from your next billing date.
Which plan should I choose?
Whichever matches what you need now. Launch covers the website itself; Growth adds lead alerts, review requests and more pages; System adds follow-up, a CRM pipeline and reporting. We will tell you honestly if a smaller plan will do.
How do I pay?
By card or bank payment through a secure payment link, once you have approved your concept, your proposal and the agreement.
